Our menus have always been driven by the availability & variety of produce, meats & dairy products produced by our community farmers. Lilly's also supplements our fresh produce through our organic garden during the summer and fall. Our cuisine although locally inspired, is internationally influenced. Lilly's menu is changed frequently based not only on availability, but also on growing seasons.

We pay homage to our local farmers by listing their names, whenever possible with the dish in which their product is used.

We are always looking for ways to make smaller our 'carbon footprint'. To that end we recycle our 'scraps' to some of our farmers. They then use those scraps to feed their chickens and for compost in a local biodynamic garden. We would like to thank our employees that donate their personal time, effort & gas to recycle Lilly's bottles & cardboard.
